What is it?
A badge and check-in system for events. Create passport-style experiences where attendees collect stamps as they visit different stations, booths, or locations. Think conference gamification without the enterprise price tag.

Why did you build it?
Event engagement tools are either absurdly expensive or require downloading yet another app nobody wants. This works in a browser, generates AI images for custom badges via Nano Banana, and costs approximately nothing to run.

Any challenges or tips?
QR code scanning in browsers is hit or miss depending on the device. Had to build in fallbacks and make the check-in process work even when the camera decides to be uncooperative.

Any plans to monetize or launch?
Using it for real events first to iron out the kinks. Might offer a hosted version for event organizers who don’t want to deal with deployment.
